I welcome all the new students to the membership of the Federal Training Centre, Kaduna. I know that you have come here with great expectations. I can assure you that we will endeavor to meet our obligations in what we all consider a solemn covenant between you and the FTC Kaduna, that is, mutual understanding, co-operation, respect and free flow of information.
It will interest you to know that the Federal Training Centre Kaduna has continued to produce efficient and qualified personnel. The Training has been both academically and technologically driven. The programmes have become more scientific and professional in content and quality. A great deal of the conditions that will ensure the attainment of your individual academic objectives and meet the challenges ahead depend on your level of commitment and dedication to your studies as student, and on your level of self confidence and personal discipline. I can assure you that the FTC Kaduna will make available 10 you an atmosphere conducive for learning and for the achievement of your academic pursuits. I expect you all to begin to think about what personal and collective contributions you can make towards the realization of our collective objectives.
